Psychotherapy Services
-
My approach to psychotherapy is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful progress, and I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. At the same time, my work is practical and goal-oriented, focusing on coping strategies, emotional insight, and real-life application.
-
I provide treatment for a broad range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, PTSD, and acute, chronic, and complex trauma. My areas of expertise also include grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, divorce, work-related stress and burnout, school-related concerns, and addiction and substance use disorders. In addition to general psychotherapy, I have specialized experience supporting individuals coping with chronic illness, rare disease, medical trauma, and the psychological impact of long-term health conditions, as well as Jewish mental health and identity-related stressors. Telehealth services are available to support accessible, consistent care.
How I can help you
Adult Psychotherapy
I work with couples and families navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, conflict, and life transitions. Treatment focuses on strengthening connection, improving communication, and developing practical strategies for repair, emotional understanding, and more secure attachment patterns within the family and relational system.
Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
I provide psychotherapy for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, ADHD, mood or behavioral changes, school-related stress, family transitions, and emotional challenges. My approach is developmentally informed and supportive, helping young clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen self-esteem. As a former school social worker and therapist in foster care and adoption settings, I bring a strong understanding of attachment, trauma, and school-based dynamics. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support the child’s emotional and functional needs at home, in school, and in daily life.
Family and Couples Therapy
I work with couples and families navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, conflict, and life transitions. Treatment focuses on strengthening connection, improving communication, and developing practical strategies for repair, emotional understanding, and more secure attachment patterns within the family and relational system.
I currently offer two weekly online support groups through my private practice—one specifically for young adults and another for adults. In addition to my private practice groups, I am honored to lead three virtual support groups for individuals and caregivers living with rare disease or chronic illness through the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF). These groups focus on the unique psychological challenges of the primary immunodeficiency community.
