Support Groups

Healing often happens best in community. Drawing on both clinical expertise and lived experience, I facilitate dedicated spaces where you can feel seen, heard, and supported by others who truly understand the journey of chronic health.

I currently offer two weekly online support groups through my private practice—one specifically for young adults and another for adults.

In addition to my private practice groups, I am honored to lead three virtual support groups for individuals and caregivers living with rare disease or chronic illness through the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF). These groups focus on the unique psychological challenges of the primary immunodeficiency community.

Living with a chronic health condition can be complex, unpredictable, and isolating. These therapist-led virtual support groups are designed for young adults (18–35) and adults (36–55) who are looking to connect with others navigating similar experiences.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been managing a condition for years, this group provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space to share openly and feel understood. Together, we focus on the emotional and relational impact of chronic illness, including maintaining relationships, managing fatigue and flares, balancing responsibilities, and supporting overall mental health.

This is a space to show up as you are, be heard without judgment, and build meaningful connection with peers who truly understand.
