Book me for professional speaking, lectures, workshops, and keynotes.
I am a psychotherapist, author, and national lecturer with nearly three decades of clinical experience and a longstanding history of presenting to patient, caregiver, professional, and community audiences. I have delivered over 50 nationally recognized lectures, webinars, and educational programs focused on mental health, coping with chronic stress and uncertainty, caregiving, and the psychological and relational impact of chronic illness and medical trauma. My work integrates evidence-informed clinical frameworks with practical coping tools, emphasizing resilience, emotional adaptation, and meaningful connection across the lifespan.
My presentations are grounded in clinical expertise and psychoeducation, while remaining accessible, practical, and deeply human. Whether speaking to healthcare professionals, organizational teams, or community audiences, I focus on helping people better understand emotional responses, strengthen connection, and apply meaningful strategies for coping and growth.
In addition to my work in chronic illness and rare disease, I provide education and training on Jewish mental health, including Jewish cultural competency, resilience-building, and mental health support in the context of antisemitism. Across all topics, my speaking emphasizes clarity, emotional well-being, and sustaining dignity and connection in the face of complex personal and collective challenges.
